For over 60 years, Sport Tritscher has been a cornerstone in the sporting goods industry. What began as a small kiosk has grown into a successful family business with four brick-and-mortar shops and an online store. The offering is complemented by holiday apartments, a café, and a ski school.

A future-proof system for generations
Around 150 employees work at Sport Tritscher during peak season, giving their all – supported by an inventory management system that’s as dynamic as the company itself.
The entry of the third generation marked a turning point for Sport Tritscher and sparked the search for a new inventory system. “We wanted to set the company on a healthy path – with the future in mind,” the management explains. The previous system was no longer up to date and couldn’t meet the demands of modern business management.
After an unsuccessful attempt with another provider, Sport Tritscher once again began searching for a solution that truly met their needs. A key requirement was the ability to integrate with the online store, along with extensive analytics and time reporting features.

The implementation went smoothly, even with the added challenge of online shop integration.“We received excellent support – first on-site during the transition, and also in the weeks and months that followed,” the company notes. “Support is a huge advantage with advarics.
