Since 2007, Koffer und Tasche Hölzel has been synonymous with high-quality leather goods, suitcases, travel luggage, and bags, with a special focus on school satchels. This family business, led by mother and daughter, employs eight staff members and boasts a 240 m² sales area in the pedestrian zone. A special department for women's fashion starting from size 42 complements their offerings.

The specialty store for leather goods faced a significant challenge: an outdated merchandise management system that, despite promised updates, still couldn't integrate with online shops like Otto and Limango after years. When their server unexpectedly failed after just two years, and data recovery was arduous, the management realized the need for a new, reliable system.

The system's performance was impressive from the start: cloud storage instead of vulnerable local servers, lightning-fast evaluations in seconds, and flexible article searches based on various criteria like color or pattern.
The team found it easy to decide on the new system, and implementation went smoothly thanks to a dedicated project manager. Instead of transferring erroneous data from the old system, the company opted for a flawless fresh start: all articles were newly created from scratch. This significant effort was manageable due to the ability of multiple people working simultaneously in the system.

The new system was exceptionally well received by all employees. Its intuitive usability even convinced the older generation – the 74-year-old mother of the management team works effortlessly with the new system.
