The young and creative team of Belmodi focuses on personal development, short decision-making processes, respect, first-class service and attractive promotions and events.
With four stores and five checkouts, the fashion store was faced with the challenge of an outdated, inflexible merchandise management system. The main problems: lack of compatibility with the online store, difficult interface integration and high advertising costs due to traditional customer communication, e.g. via customer cards sent by post.
A customer app was needed - fully integrated into the merchandise management system, of course. It also had to be flexible enough to work with all systems and allow maximum freedom for creative campaigns and events.

Perfectly prepared. Implemented as fast as possible.
The implementation went surprisingly smoothly, as everything was well prepared. This was only possible because the project manager in charge knew exactly what to do and had a lot of experience in merchandise management and IT. As the changeover was purely online, there were of course additional challenges. That's why the project manager was available around the clock to answer questions - no matter what time of day.
The employees were naturally a little nervous. New software, everything new and complicated? But thanks to the training sessions in small groups, the nervousness quickly disappeared. Just as quickly as advarics was enthusiastically accepted and introduced.
The POS system in particular was “super popular” straight away and impressed with its intuitive usability.
Today, after the successful introduction, the managing director Oliver Dietz can only say to her colleagues in retail: “...you will be amazed...”
