About us

At advarics, we develop cloud-based software solutions specifically for the retail sector. Our tools help retailers manage their stores efficiently—from inventory management to checkout.
We are currently expanding internationally—and that's where you come in: we need a support professional with IT expertise and a flair for communication—including in English.

Your responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for 1st and 2nd level support for our retail and POS software.
• You analyze support requests and find quick, pragmatic solutions—especially for merchandise management, POS systems, and warehouse processes.
• You will accompany updates, rollouts, and individual configurations.
• You will document solutions and work closely with development and product management.
• Depending on your experience, you will also support our international customers.
